Before you ask
Anywhere you need us. Most work is around Manchester, but we travel across the UK and abroad for the right project.
Travel and accommodation are added on top of the project fee and passed through at cost with receipts, never marked up. Delivery timelines are longer for travel shoots — logistics, transit and recovery days all add time. We quote both up front so there are no surprises.
That depends on what you need. Every retainer is scoped around your account, your platforms and how much content you actually use, and the exact monthly quota is agreed in writing before anything is signed.
What is in every retainer whatever the numbers: planning and scripting, the filming days themselves, editing, scheduling and posting to your platforms, a running content calendar covering seasonal and trend-led campaigns, monthly performance reporting with recommendations, and ongoing creative direction. Two rounds of revisions are included on every piece.
Content is counted monthly rather than weekly. That is deliberate — it lets us shoot when the light, the location and your diary are right, instead of forcing something out to hit an arbitrary Friday.
Turnaround is agreed with you when the work is scoped, because a one-day brand shoot and a month of social content are not the same job.
What is fixed: you get a first cut to review, you have five working days to come back with notes, and two rounds of revisions are included. If you need something faster than the agreed schedule, rush delivery inside 48 hours is available at a 50% surcharge.
Travel shoots run longer. Transit and recovery days are part of the timeline, not an afterthought.
Every project is quoted on brief, because scope genuinely drives the number: how many shoot days, how much editing, how many platforms, and how much of the strategy we are running.
What we can tell you up front is where we sit. Azelus is a premium service. We are not the cheapest option in Manchester and we do not try to be. Work is scoped properly before either side commits, 50% is payable before a shoot begins, and expenses are passed through at cost with receipts.
If budget is your main constraint, say so in the form. We would rather tell you honestly whether we are the right fit than waste your time or ours.
Once the month is paid in full, the content we made for you is yours. You own it outright and you can run it wherever you like, paid advertising included. Until payment clears it remains ours.
Raw, unedited footage is not part of standard delivery. We archive it, and you can request it, quoted separately.
We keep the right to show work we have produced in our own portfolio and case studies. If you would rather we did not, tell us in writing and we will honour that wherever it is commercially reasonable.
